Street Sign USA uses UPS as our primary shipping company. We also utilize USPS and common carrier depending on the size and weight of the item(s) purchased. Your order will be shipped to the address that you entered under your account information. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.
Orders shipped to New Jersey will be charged 6.625% sales tax. Sales tax is not charged when shipping to other states. For businesses that reside in New Jersey, exemptions can apply if you provide us with a tax exempt resale certificate or if you are a government or non-profit entity.
Note: Street Sign USA only ships to U.S. addresses & Puerto Rico. We do not ship via UPS or common carrier outside of the lower 48 states.
Items returned to Street Sign USA on the basis that UPS can not deliver, i.e. an incorrect or non-existing address, or if there is no one to sign for the shipment, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Discounts are provided with each and every order. All products are setup with an approximate shipping weight. The weight of each item is outlined in the specification section of our product listings. As you purchase a variety of items, the UPS weight calculator automatically adds and combines the weights. This way, when you checkout, you receive the best possible discount on shipping. We do not overcharge on shipping and make all attempts to pass the savings on to you!
Street Sign USA normally ships your item(s) within the specified processing time that's described in each listing, or less, after receipt and payment of your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. The processing time is in addition to the typical ship time it takes to deliver to you no matter what shipping method is selected.
